*If you're our photo clients we take care of applying for the photo permit, and if you book an Elopement Package with us, we take care of your ceremony permit as well!
To elope or take professional photos at Hoomaluhia Botanical Garden, you must secure the appropriate permits through the City & County of Honolulu:

Wedding Ceremony Permit: Required for any formal elopement or vow exchange

Guest Limit: Up to 40 people, including the couple and vendors .

Only pre-packed food (like bentos or sandwiches) and non-alcoholic drinks are permitted.

Professional photographers and videographers must obtain a separate commercial photography permit to document your elopement. (We can take care of this for you!)
**🚁 It's important to note that drone usage is prohibited within the garden due to its proximity to Marine Corps Base Kaneohe.**
